Where can I watch live your dioramas?

What rent is OK?

Rent highly depends on a place, we got dioramas that pay from 60 to 500 EUR per month, in most cases 250 EUR per month is acceptable. Rent should be the same as for 1 vending unit.

What is expected income?

Income depends on a place a little less than 100%. We consider as normal income between 500 – 800 EUR per month. But sometimes there are extraordinariness, the highest month income we had was 2100 EUR with rent at 300 EUR.

Have you ever thought about train stations?

Shure we did, but in Russia, train stations mostly are outdoors and have high level of vandalism. There are stations we would highly like to get in, but can’t get appropriate conditions.

What service is needed and how often?

In the absence of vandalism, no service is needed. The most common problem is not coins in coin accepter. We are 24/7 online to help with any problems.

What is payback time?

Depends on the place you mount it, generally you get your money back in 1 year, sometimes in 5 months and sometimes in more than 2 years.

Terms and conditions?

From 0 to 100% it takes nearly a month. Sometimes we have something in stock. Shipping costs can be calculated depending on a destanation point. Diorama comes in 2 big wooden boxes with sizes 2,2 x 1,3 x 0,5 meters and 2,2 x 0,8 x 0,4 meters, total weight nearly 250 kg. We have assembling video instruction, difficulty is the same with IKEA furniture.

Warranty?

We give 12 month warranty for most parts with except of buttons and knobs. We are 24/7 online to help you with any troubles.

Do you have online monitoring?

Yes, we do. We use Smartvend monitoring system. Just google it. Any system of your choice can be installed.

Were there unprofitable dioramas?

Threw 3 years of experience there were no unprofitable dioramas, there were dioramas with profit near 100 – 200 EUR, they were replaced to better locations.

Do you have cashless payment?

Now we receive card payments only in Russia. We think we can do it in any country.

Returns?

We are ready to buyback with no questions for the half price in 2 months after receiving. But we will do our best to make you satisfied and not losing 3500 EUR.

First, we got great experience, no one produced more than we did. Second ,we created this format and made lots of children’s mistakes, and can keep them out of you.
